What happens at 2nd Story Monthly?
2nd Story performs the 2nd Sunday of every month at Webster's Wine Bar, featuring new stories created in our monthly workshops. Each season, a select number of Chicago’s finest writers and performers meet several times a month to tell stories, write stories, rewrite them, work with directors and work with musicians to develop the best possible material to feature at 2nd Story. Our aim is you’ll leave at the end of the night telling your own stories (and, or course, having enjoyed some very fine wine. We love the wine, Oh yes we do!).
Tickets go on sale at 6:30pm nightly, with doors opening at 7pm, the first story usually begins at 7:30pm and the rest of the stories happen intermittently throughout the evening. $10 general admission gets you in the door; there is a wine flight available from the bar for an additional charge; seating is on a first come first served basis.
Flights of four featured wines are available from Websters for an additional charge and they still have a full bar and food menu.
You will experience four stories, taste four different wines, enjoy an eclectic variety of sonic landscapes and hopefully make some new friends.
